KALININGRAD. The groundbreaking ceremony for a modern plant to process high-protein agricultural crops has been held in the Kaliningrad Region, Russia's exclave on the Baltic Sea Coast.
The Kaliningradbummash enterprise, an asset of the Avtotor holding company, started building a compound including primary grain processing and storage facilities in the town of Gusev. The plant's annual design capacity is 130,000 metric tons of wheat. -0-
